Photograpy fun

I have been enjoying doing some photography that last few days. We went for a walk the other night. We decided to explore NDSU. We that a night before and I forgot my camera. This time I brought it and we walked around different area's. I can't wait to go back the other way. There are some great photo shoots to get. There is one part under construction and hope it is done soon. I want to take the girls school's photos there.

Water fall over by the Red hawk's Stadium.
We are hoping to get there in a couple of
weeks with our two older girls.
Next year our 19 month will enjoy it more.

 The beauty of Train tracks

My 5 year old was blowing on dandelions. I told her how
cool of a picture would that be of you doing that. The wind
was blowing to just. So she found a dandelion she wanted.
I got the constant shoot on and started to shoot.
This is one of those times you hope
for a great shoot and ecstatic when it get one.

Our Morning Glory's our front. I have for the last few years. Tried
to get them to grow beside the house out front. Wellthey just never
wanted to grow. This year I tried some pots out by our alleyway.
There is gets sun pretty much all day long. Well wouldn't
you know it. They are growing fast. Next year I am going
to add fishing line between the stands.
So they can grow across to one another. If they keep
growing at the rate they are right know. I might even have to do
it this year. We will see. I am just enjoying all the beautiful
blooms.

How to wind a center pull ball of yarn with a Turkey Baster

I happened to find this Winding a Center Pull Ball of Yarn with a Turkey Baster video. I have been wanting one of these for a long time, Boye Electric Yarn Ball Winder.

Well I tried the video. It did take me some time. But once I got the idea it went a big fast. I would only recommend it on smaller yarn skeins. I would not be able to keep this up and it would get to big if I did it with the big skeins of yarn.

I got to use it for a project and really liked it. But when I have the big skeins I use this.

My Dad made this for me. So the as you work it turns for you. I love it and works wonderful with big skeins. As you can tell I am getting to the end of this project.

Braided Spaghetti Bread

On June 12 we tired this.

It was so yummy and heck
when my girls want seconds.
I know I hit it on the nose.
Can't wait to make this again.

You will need:
  • 1 Loaf Rhodes Bread Dough or 12 Rhodes Dinner Rolls, thawed to room temperature
  • 6 oz spaghetti, cooked
  • 1 cup thick spaghetti sauce
  • 8 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into 1/2 –inch cubes
  • 1 egg white
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Parsley flakes

Here is is with the bread dough, spaghetti noddles and sauce on top.

Add the cheese on top.

I cut about 1 1/2" apart on long sides of dough to about 1/2" of filling.
Then I folded the sides on like a braid.
Added on the rest and place in oven.

This is what mine looked like when it was all done.

Let me tell you it was so yummy. My hubby even enjoyed the left overs the
next night at work.

Again here is the link to this amazing recipe: Braided Spaghetti Bread

Enjoy!!!!!!

Flowers

I was so excited the other week. Our flowers that the girls picked out and planted finally bloomed.
My oldest picked out the pink ones.
My 5 year old picked out the red and yellow.
Which I so love.

We are big Lilly fans here.

I also took a look at my Morning Glory's.
I started them inside this year and
when I planted them outside.
They were not doing well for sometime.
Then all the sudden they really started to bloom
and grow.
I counted 36 buds on this. I can't wait for the next
few days. I will get pictures as it blooms.

I tried them a few years ago. Closer to the house. They never wanted
to grow. So this year we found a different spot and I am
so glad they are growing. I also love Morning Glory's.
Next year I am hoping to put a nice little rock bed around them.
I just need to get an idea of what I want it too look like.

I have been hard at work. To get all my creations done for Wiggleworms Corner 1,000 fan Celebration. Here are few of those creations that are in the album.

This is the Chain Loop Scarf/Necklace.
Wonderful for the summer and just to dress up any outfit.
Then when it is colder out. Just wrap it around your neck one
more time and you add warmth to your neck.

Here is the Chain Necklace/Scarf.
Just like the Chain Loop Scarf/Necklace
but this one has a button added.

Mouse Coasters
Set of 6
How fun are these cool coasters. I can also add
a bow.

Barefoot Sandals
How much fun are these in the summer months.
When it is so hot out. They are so much fun to
wear at the beach instead of shoes.

My next barefoot sandals are for adults. :)

Price Crown and Princesses Crown
Makes a great photo prop or on there birthday.
Just add a number to it for there age.

I have so much more on there. Come and take a look
