Taco Bake

Taco Bake

My girls love this. We did leave out the
Salsa Con Queso. I had them try it and
they did not like it. It turned out really good
without it.

Taco Back

Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
* water as called for on back of seasoning packet
3 large flour tortillas (8-inch size)
1/2 cup Salsa Con Queso
1 1/2-2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend

Directions:

Brown and crumble ground beef. Drain excess grease.
Add in taco seasoning and water (following directions on back of seasoning packet).

Once the taco meat is ready, turn off heat and add in 1/2 cup salsa con queso.Give it a good stir until thoroughly combined.

Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
Spry an 8-inch round baking pan with nostick cooking spray.
Layer the bottom of the pan with flour tortilla.

Now add about 1/3 of the ground beef taco filling on the first layer.

Then add 1/3 of the shredded cheese.

continue until you are done with all the layers: another tortillla, more taco mixture, more cheese.
Bake at 350F dregrees for about 15-20 mins.
Until  cheese is melted and edges are slightly golden brown.

Allow to cool for a couple of minutes.
Then slice and serve.

We topped ours with sour cream. I also added green onions.

Slow Cooker Chicken Alfredo

Slow Cooker Chicken Alfredo

Slow Cooker Chicken Alfredo

Prep time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 2.5 hours
Servings: 6 (but I personally think it could be more. We are a family of 5 and have lots of left overs)

Ingredients:

4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cubeed
2 (16 ounces) jars Alfredo pasta sauce
4 slices Swiss cheese
3 TBLS grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
In the crock of a slow cooker, stir together the chicken cubs and Alfredo sauce. Cover, and cook on Low for 2 hours. Add Parmesan cheese and Swiss cheese; cover and cook for another 30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through. Season with garlic powder, salt and pepper and stir before serving.

I like to serve them on Egg Noodles and have french bread with it.

I got this from Allrecipes.com
Here you can print out the recipe if you would like to.

What Love about these recipes are you can put in the number of people you need it for and it will change everything over for you.

Here are some pictures of my girls enjoying there dinner.
